Cant signup. Barcode scan leaves an image over the screen that blocks the top of the page during signup and wont accept submission at the end

It was so easy to set up an account with this bank and then transfer money. Another great feature is having your username and password replaced by your fingerprint. So easy and awesome!

I was a little hesitant to use a bank that had no actual locations. However, it only took me about five minutes to set up. Now, I can easily send money to my friends in numerous ways, take pictures to pay bills and its even on my Apple Watch! Also, why dont all banks have a card on and off feature? I love this because my card keeps getting breached!

Easily opened my account in a few minutes! Love the drivers license account opening and photo bill pay feature. Finally a cool, effortless banking app!

When I first heard of BankMobile, I thought "heres another startup bank thats really biting off a lot more than it can chew." Boy was I wrong!! Interface? 4/5. Functionality? 5/5. Customer service? 5/5. The fact that I can put my debit card "on pause" if I misplace it for no cost at all is a god-send. All banks should follow that trend.

This app worked great! I have an iPhone 6 and loved how easy this was to use.

I had tried a couple other mobile banking apps but most required me to make a visit to a physical location to setup the bank account which I wasnt able to do. BankMobiles setup process is really straightforward and I havent had a problem using it at all in the few months Ive had it.

Pretty good bank. I used to think all banks just want my money, but bank mobile makes me feel like i actually matter to them. Maybe its because they make everything so easy for me. I can deposit, transfer, pay my friends, check my balance and transaction history, send a check, etc., etc. all from my phone! Its just easy. I love not worrying about fees. I live in a small town and we have a few local banks and a few major banks they dont even have anything close to what bank mobile offers. Ive been using them for about half a yr and havent had any issues what so ever. I also love being able to use any ATM in the country for free. Nobody else offers that. The one thing that frustrated me was when i signed up it took a couple days to get my account going and get my debit card. But thinking about it that should take a little time since they have to verify identity and what not. Overall i strongly recommend this bank for anyone that hates driving through traffic to go to the bank and loves having no fees. They also offer a financial advisor for free if you deposit more than $1500 a month. I havent used that yet but its cool knowing i have that.

Love how easy this app is to use! As a college student this app makes it very easy to pay bills and keep track of my account.

BankMobile is what many people are looking for in a bank. As a college student, having a bank with higher interest rates and access to a ton of ATMs all on my phone is amazing. The p2p payment feature is great also.

As a college student who never carries around cash, BankMobile has been a great all-in-one bank that takes care of all of my needs! I basically never have to pay those ATM fees anymore, or for that matter, any fees at all. Everything is easily accessible through the mobile app and the customer service has been stellar. This is a must-have! Especially if you’re a college student.

After dealing with extremely non-user friendly mobile banking experiences and inefficient in-person banking experiences with other traditional banks, it is so great to see some change in direction. After downloading the app, I was able to effortlessly create an account with BM and could immediately navigate through the app interface to manage my finances. I think mobile banking is the future of the industry and I’m glad Customers Bank is taking the right steps in that direction.

As a college student in a different state with a credit union that only exist in their home state this app is perfect. I am so happy that I found a safe way to access my money without having to go through the hassle of paying crazy fees or the process of finding a new branch and opening another account. You wont be sorry!

Created an account with $20 in five minutes! So easy to use and love all the fancy features! In fact, this is more "state of the art" than my Bank of America app! Thank you for making me feel like a bank has joined the 21st century!

Im a huge fan of BankMobile. It was so easy to sign up for an account and I love the fact that they charge no fees. The app is really easy to navigate and has all the features that I need.

This bank is great! I hate ATM fees so my favorite part of the bank is free ATM use across the country when I sign up for direct deposit. No fees either! Must get! 10/10

Its a great idea and very innovative I love the fee free banking! I never would really go to branches anyway I would definitely recommend this app!
